Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a lovely couch that I couldn't resist lounging on to watch TV. The view of the Imperial Gardens and Palace was breathtaking, and the walk-in closets were a thoughtful touch. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going above and beyond to assist us even with special requests. The location in Ginza was perfect, offering a balance of exclusivity and convenience. The dining experience was enjoyable, although the prices were typical for Tokyo. Overall, a superb hotel with top-notch amenities and a prime location.
